Refund policy

If you purchased a faulty garment through our online store we will glady accept a return. The item must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition and should include the sales receipt.

If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item.
Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Please be careful when returning your package. Hailwood does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
